Trifibre have been making and supplying flight cases, storage and transport solutions for over 40 years, and they’re proud to have worked with some of the biggest names in their industry. They came to Alloneword to help customers better navigate to the right products and services, all with a slick new look and feel.
Trifibre has a large product offering, and a range of bespoke services for their larger B2B customers. As such, they wanted to create a new website which caters for both without alienating the other, so that people looking to buy a case for their hobby or individual needs don’t feel like they only can get expensive bespoke design, and likewise (and more importantly) the larger corporate clients can see that their exact needs will be catered for, rather than an off-the-shelf solution.
Thinking Inside the Box
Early on in the discovery and workshop stage we highlighted one key attribute that all customers, both consumer and corporate, have in common. They all have a preset requirement of the size and shape of the item going inside the case. As this is predetermined before they even enter the site, we helped to create a WordPress WooCommerce filter for internal dimensions, meaning users can quickly input their item size and see relevant cases.
Along with this critical thinking was the challenge of helping to better organise over a thousand products into a more user friendly (and readable) category structure, so that key information doesn’t get buried, and ultimately customers don’t get overwhelmed with the spread of products on offer.
The end result is a simple to use, approachable, and easy to maintain website which now works as a useful business tool for Trifibre and their range of services and products.
“As soon as we started the kick-off meeting we knew Trifibre would work well with us, and from that initial workshop we really opened out the pool of creative ideas. MD Chris got behind us every step of the way and that meant for a brilliant end result. So much so that multiple clients of different inductries have used our link in their footer credit to get in touch about their own websites.”
